Return Policy

Tapwell strives for all customers to be completely satisfied. We therefore offer the return of products within 6 months of purchase. On returns in approved condition, 80% of the original price is credited.

NOTE. Tapwell reserves the right to refuse returns that are not considered to be in good condition in our return inspection. Our requirements for an approved return are as follows:

  • Returns must be labeled with the Tapwell order number
  • Returns must be made with original packaging in new condition
  • Returned products must be in new condition
  • Returns must be made no later than 6 months after purchase
  • Products that have been discontinued or specially ordered products cannot be returned

If the return does not meet these requirements, Tapwell will return the product to the customer. Please note that Tapwell is not responsible for the shipping cost when you return products to us. Tapwell is not responsible for products that are lost or damaged during transport.

Important information regarding returns
We kindly remind you that all returns must be sent directly to Tapwell’s warehouse address. Shipments delivered to collection points (service points) cannot be picked up and will be returned to the sender.

To ensure smooth and correct handling, we kindly ask that you:

  • Send returns as business parcels or via a delivery method that ensures direct delivery to the warehouse.

  • Avoid using shipping methods that require collection from a service point or parcel agent.
