  • What is the behaviour of the different surfaces and how do I clean them?

Generally for all surfaces when cleaning: wipe with a soft cloth and lukewarm water, possibly with soap. The surfaces can not withstand basic, acidic, lime dissolving or abrasive detergents.

Brass is a material that with time will get a beautiful patina but can be polished using brass polish.

Copper will also get patina, heavier and darker than brass. Neither copper or Grottesco (crude  brass) should be polished.

The other surfaces keep their shine and Honey Gold gets the luster from 2-3% real gold.

  • Can I cut my shower column to make it shorter in height?

None of our shower columns should be cut. However, some of them are height-adjustable, adjusted at installation.

  • What is the delivery time?

Our goal is to have our entire catalog range in stock for fast deliveries. Usually we can deliver to customer within 3 to 5 days. 

  • What is the warranty?

Warranty covering manufacturing defects on the product is two years from the date of purchase.

Warranty covering funcionality failure of spare parts is five years from the date of purchase. To have replacement of spare parts covered under this warranty,  please send customer service an e-mail.  In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail.

  • Can I find Tapwell’s products in a store outside of Sandinavia?

Tapwell has resellers in Sweden, Norway and Finland. If you live elsewhere in Europe we refer you to purchase through our website.
